Salted Brownie Cookies

73g flour
8g cocoa powder
2,5g baking powder
2g salt
125g milk chocolate
50g butter
76g eggs
82g sugar
44g brown sugar
32g chocolate chips

Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Melt the milk chocolate and butter and set aside to cool. With an electric mixer, whisk the eggs and sugars until light and fluffy. Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture. At last, add the flour mixture and whisk until combined. Add the chocolate chips and mix. Set the dough into the fridge for 30min. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Roll the dough into small dough balls and set them on a baking sheet. Remember to leave some room for the cookies to spread. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 11-12 minutes. Sprinkle some fingersalt on top and serve once chilled a bit.
